Write to hello@suiko.ink. It’s read by the person who makes Suikō, and you’ll hear back within a few days. If you’re signed in, the note box at the bottom of every page reaches the same place and comes with the page you were on.
Short answers
- A mark is wrong. Press “This is wrong” on it. That closes it for good on that page and tells us; the note you can add is the most useful thing you can send.
- I can’t sign in. “Forgot your password” on the sign-in page sends a link. If the address you use has changed, write to us from the old one.
- I want my writing out. Every finished page is in the Archive. For a file of everything, write to us.
- I want to delete my account. Settings, at the bottom. It’s immediate and it’s final, so take anything you want to keep first, and cancel a subscription before you do it.
- Billing. On the web, Settings opens the Stripe portal, where you can change or cancel. In the iOS app, subscriptions are managed in your Apple account.
Where your writing goes, in detail
